Learn to cook with Ollie George Cigliano! Our Learn to Cook Series I is the perfect introduction to cooking for beginners. In this series, you’ll learn the basics of cooking from a professional chef with over 20 years of experience. We’ll cover topics like knife skills, flavor profiles, and food safety. Come and start your culinary journey! This is a 5 series course where you will learn all the basics to get you confidently cooking on your own, and you can elevate those skills in Series II! Please note, pasta making and pizza dough making is series II only. 5 classes, $500 ($625 value) or $125 per single class $500 gets you: All five classes, printed recipes, instructions & shop list, a starter kit with cutting board, knife set & goody bag of pantry staples and more! Each class starts with a welcome appetizer & drink. We start with knife skills, execute a full menu, and culminate with patio dining 🌊 🌅 .
