Custom class is a collaboration of desired menu and can be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date. Class includes welcome cocktail/ mocktail Chef's choice antipasti Collab 4 course menu with dessert Cooking class & al fresco dining on Chef Ollie's home kitchen patio.
